A few weeks ago, some of CC Productions' customers became the first set to enjoy our latest innovation - web-based Positouch training. The feedback has been so encouraging. We now expand the scope of online training to cover all of our customers and we ask you to take advantage of it.

CCP Introduces Online Meetings

CC Productions now delivers interactive online training to customers. We provide live training sessions to managers, employees, partners and all those using our point-of-sale software using a web browser and telephone, making it more affordable, convenient and quicker for our customers to receive the training they need with more flexibility. The web-based training, which takes place real-time, is a cost-effective collaboration solution through which we arrange and deliver training requests interactively - with visual and audio functions - to our customers.

By using the telephone and the web browser, it is easy to share more information in less time with more people than ever before though the solution powered by  eBLVD. eBLVD has early this year facilitated our web-based remote support ability which allowed us to provide technical support on the web.

By this expansion, we can share any desktop application, display slides, tour the web, and get feedback from you with instant voice and text chat. Training and collaboration is easier this way, while unnecessary travel expense is eliminated.

You can set up an online training with us and soon begin to train. You can also invite participants to attend your online training from their web browser with a click of their mouse. There is absolutely no browser or network configuration required. Features available to your training include teleconferencing, remote control, text chat, voice chat, screen annotation, real-time participant list, meetings management, inbound and outbound file transfer, session recording, connection auditing, and end-to-end 128 bit SSL encryption. Our peer resource sharing and least-cost routing gives our customers a significant price and performance advantage, when compared to charges for similar solutions by other companies.

To schedule a training session, the customer needs a broadband connection (such as DSL or cable Internet service). An email address is also necessary, as the attendee company will receive an email message prior to training, which would include training documents and outlines. Once a mutually agreed time is set, another email invitation is sent, with a link to the training web location.

Clients who have participated in our web training loved it so much that we are now expanding its scope and throwing the opportunity open to all. Web training saves time and money, and offers convenience in that participants can join from anywhere, even from home.

The service is provided at our current labor rate, and a small facility charge that is substantially less than the  regular service charge.  More importantly is the time saved by having each employee trained from their workstation and no travel hassles involved.
